Did he struggle or have a really bad round? Just asking because I recall multiple knock downs.

The whole point is Hearn would not turn down 50 million dollars and then take on a real threat for less money. ***** is a foregone conclusion, a snowball in hell.

Povetkin is 39 years old. It’s funny the odds are against him. How other HW fighters at around 39 faired in ring. I went ALL the way back too.

Holyfield at 39-Fought to a draw with John Ruiz, then beat Raham, then rapid decline in (3) straight losses to Chris Byrd, Larry Donald, James Toney.

Mike Tyson- 3 months shy of 39-Loss to Kevin McBride

          Lennox Lewis-Retired at 38

          Larry Holmes-39-KO’ed by Mike Tyson

          Muhammad Ali-39-Loss to Trevor Berbick

Rid**** Bowe-39-Retired, came back for a 8 round fight at 40 and beat Gene Pukall, last fight.

Joe Louis-37-last fight, loss to Rocky Marciano

Joe Frazier-37, last fight, fought to a draw against Floyd Cummings, 10 round fight

George Foreman-on comeback trail-Fought (9) fighters at the age of 39 in (1) year. The only notable name was a 35 year old Dwight Muhammad Qawi

Ken Norton-a few months shy of 38, demolished in 1 round by Gerry Cooney

Sonny Liston-39-KO’ed by Leotis Martin, next to last fight

Floyd Patterson-37-Knocked out my Muhammad Ali

Jack Johnson-37-loss title to Jess Willard by stoppage, fought a bunch of bums after that.

Povetkin at 37-Beat Johann Duhaupas and Andriy Rudenko.
At 38, Beat Christian Hammer and David Price.

          At 39, facing Anthony Joshua

NOW I HAVE IT A BAD LOSS FOR POVETKIN-LOL!!!!!

The promotion for this fight has been a comedy of errors. "Yeah, we know, we told you those last two fights were against top level competition. Well, we lied. But trust us this time! This guy is really, really good. He won a gold medal 20 years ago!"

I think this fight may surprise people. It could go beyond 3 rounds!
