Some fighters look like that after a hard fight. GGG looked pretty beat up after the Jacobs fight too although not as bad. I personally think the fight could have gone either way. It's interesting that the press scorecards were like 90% in favor of GGG winning though.

It wasn't 90% in favor of him winning it was 90% didn't have Canelo winning. By far the media scored it a draw then few had GGG winning. But what I find even more interesting is why did the overwhelming majority of fighters and trainers and judges think Canelo won but the media on some fanboy shyt agenda shyt hating on Canelo. Jim writing a letter calling GGG modern day Ali after saying he has to win or his career is a failure then he loses well winning don't matter? Shows he went in that fight with a agenda rooting for GGG. Fighters and trainers weren't emotionally tied to GGG like the media who built him up as a killer and better then he was and now can't accept him losing so making excuses and crying.

In the pros u can land 5 straight jabs and then get hit by a clean hard shot that will erase them 5 jabs u just landed. This isn't the amateurs where judge sit and count each little punch landed.

canelo broke a lot of souls on this one. Before the first fight ggg a killer the most devastating ko machine the best body puncher in the game...big drama show. Canelo whoops him off the back foot the first fight. Excuses because he wasn't a killer so they say well canelo ran from him that's why if he didn't run he would of been knocked out, ggg was the aggressor coming forward so i'm not accepting the results. So canelo comes forward all out mexican style like dumb azzz ggg asked for. And it's ggg backing down from a mexican style fight. It's ggg that's wants to fight off the back foot and jab. It's canelo that's bullying the bully and phuking up his face. Second fight that ggg scared to throw any body shots.

So the killer that the media built up in 2 fights 24 rounds has landed exactly 14 body shots total shook to get countered. 2 fights 24 rounds the killer has been outlanded in both fights by power punches, body shots, lower connect rate, missed 500 punches the first fight 600 punches the second can't well he came forward as the aggressor excuse because canelo backed him up all night the second fight. You're wrong about the media score cards. The count was 40 for GGG, 2 for Canelo, 17 Draw.

The media wrote their own "script" before the fight, and set their own expectations, which they based on what the saw in the first fight. Inside the ring there is no script.

So now we going to move the goal post and say ONLY if your back touches the rope you are backing away from a Mexican Style fight? And even his own trainer disagrees with this and was killing GGG after the fight saying we knew Canelo would come forward but GGG didn't follow the game plan and Sanchez told him he was losing.
