Difference was the $85 price tag. I don't think they allowed SD for this fight. I don't know who would prefer to watch a fight in SD anyway.

Buys don't really matter for GBP. But obviously as fans thats usually the only numbers we hear. Revenue is what matters. And lets not forget this fight cost more to so thats just a lil more revenue per buy so a lower number could end up producing more revenue anyway.

I know here in Vegas they opened up a couple closed circuit locations late cuz all the others had sold out. And I bet the gate beat the $27M gate they did last time too.

Lets also not forget that court documents show Oscar fudges his numbers (believe Canelo vs Khan did 600k as Oscar told it, but in court it was shown to be 450k) so who knows if the first number was even real. Could be they were right last time AND this time for all we know.
