Canelo was throwing a punch here while the right from GGG was coming; so I’m not sure he saw it coming. Took it better than Jacobs did.

That punch landed on the side of his head though close to the back of his head. I think if it was a full on shot to the face or chin, Canelo might have buckle from it. We have yet to see Canelo get hit flush from some power punchers.

All fighters get hit, it’s the nature of the sport. And most fighters get hit with hard shots during the course of a fight. And Canelo has been in 53 fights, not counting the amateurs so I am 100% confident someone his size, in his division, has hit him flush.

And when we talk about Canelo having an under rated chin, we are talking about the fact that he has NEVER been knocked down or seriously hurt his entire boxing life. If his chin hasn’t been tested yet according to you and others, than he has a “remarkable defense.” He has the ability to avoid serious punches. Because he has been in there with some accurate punchers who can punch. And Canelo’s style isn’t a running style. Some of these below may not be KO artists according to some boxing experts but all of these guys have over 50% TKO/KO percentage. Which means that over 50% of the time that have hit and hurt and stopped their opponents. So I guess we have to give Canelo credit for having a great defense since his chin has never been tested by ANY of the fighters he fought according to you.
