Yeah exactly I dont get his mindset I'd be loving life in his shoes would invest in properties etc get a portfolio etc. Something to fall back on keep busy with after he knocks boxing on its head.

I think the wlad fight revealing his frailties infront of millions getting knocked down etc has damaged his psyche in my opinion he hasn't fought with intensity and confidence since then.

Plus rumours of getting knocked down alot in sparring last few years he might be thinking I've made enough money to live on do I really need all this aggro getting my head punched in.

Think he's lost a bit of hunger.

Yeah could be. Surely he cant avoid that right hand for 12 rounds and if he is getting put down in sparring against solid punchers not as powerful as wilder he's figuring that its not worth it.


Imo I think its his ego/pride/reputation stopping the fight. If it was signed to happen away from cameras in secret he would fight wilder no doubt.

But risking a brutal ko loss infront of millions would finish him. Can you imagine how many memes would be made of aj if he gets stiverned both legs bent backwards leaning body, back of the head on bottom rope like stiverne against wilder 2nd fight.
