Wilder Vs. Fury PPV completely made PBC/Showtime clear off the slate & push any chance of Spence/M. Garcia potential clash until 2019. Mayweather Vs. Pacquiao 2 has done to same to the Wilder/Fury fight which is prob why it is taking so long to make it official.

Names like Thurman, Mikey Garcia, Tank Davis, Spence, Charlo's, ect.. Should be showcased on those cards (or card) but is there enough $$$ & more importantly could their ego allow them to be a support fight for those cards??

Mikey was never going to fight Spence. In last months he said ge would fight Crawford, Spence, Manny, winner of Porter/Garcia etc. Let's see if he fights one of them.

The money was never there for Spence and Mikey knew it going in.

Mikey will never fight Crawford, he's already beaten Mikey and he's only gotten better, a stylistic nightmare.

this fight is slowly building itself, probably spring of 2019 they will fight.

Calling it now, arum will pitch a 70-30 split for Loma which Mikey will turn down. Arum will go back to media and say mikey declined a more than fair offer and is delusional about his value. Fight will never happen.

Keep blaming Bob and his fighters. Even though Mikey and Spence are the ones that keep talking about being on opposite sides.
If they really want the fight, both sides, they will find a way to make it happen.

Mikey hasn't made fights that people have wanted from him over the years, which is a shame. The names on his resume would be insane by now.
Loma on the other hand has already made fights people wanted from him; people complain about it afterwards though.

When are people going to learn? This is Arum 101.

When a TR fighter is making an announcement or participating in a fight, always talk up future hypothetical matchups, even if TR has no intention of ever making those matchups happen. There are countless examples, including Loma/Mikey, Crawford/Spence/Thurman/PBC welters, Oscar Valdez/Leo/Abner/PBC feathers, Pac/Mayweather (for years), Bradley/Mayweather, Chavez Jr./Canelo, Donaire/Mares, etc. etc. This is standard operating procedure for Top Rank.

In other words, you can't believe a word that comes out of Arum's mouth regarding future fights for his fighters. Fights aren't made in the press; they are made by negotiating a deal. Until Bob reaches out behind the scenes and makes a proposal or offer for Loma vs Mikey or Crawford vs. Spence, then it's all idle talk.

Bottom line: if Arum wants to make a fight, he'll call the promoter/manager/advisor/network exec and start a business discussion. Talking in the press does not constitute an effort to make a fight.
