See the 'Karma' button at the underneath the text box of people's posts? If you click it you're given a choice of 'approve' or 'disapprove'. Approval is referred to as 'Green K' around here. It only let's you give it to the same poster a certain amount of times without spreading it around a bit though, otherwise I would have given you some more, man.
