I can see why you say that though but for me if Joshua doesn’t knock him out I will begin to have lingering concerns about his power as I just watched the Takam fight and he withstood all his best shots
Honestly? I think I'd favour Wilder by stoppage in the later rounds because of his ability to keep distance and land the single big shot.

Joshua to me doesn't look like a natural fighter like Wilder does. He seemed uncomfortable and flinched a lot when Parker pressured him. This couple with the fact that Povetkin is a good pressure fighter makes me think this will be a banana skin fight for Joshua.

This is coming from an AJ fan btw.

I agree. Joshua will beat you badly than Klitschko did.

Nah, this fight will end by KO unless AJ decides to fight like Wlad did and clinch Povetkin 90% of the fight.

Povetkin will not play it safe, he's not going to be passive like Parker. Povetkin will be aggressive, come forward and try his best to get close, so he can unleash that big overhand right.

I dont know what game plan AJ brings to the ring but Povetkin will force AJ to let his hands go. Povetkin will put himself in that perfect range for AJ to knock him out.

I predict an action packed fight that will end by KO.

Povetkin HAS to get close to be effective. All Joshua has to do is tie him up like Wlad did, and we can be sure the ref will allow it, along with holding and hitting. Hope I am wrong though.

Fair enough Pov, then I hope you are 3 times the fighter you were back in those dayz otherwise you don't even have a puncher chance.

Your fight versus Klit ranks, along with Haye's "toe performance", as one of the biggest flop from a top contender at a big world title crack.

Yeah but Josh looks more like a boxer than Wilder, with a proper jab and a proper guard, both being the 2 basics of boxing, what you have to learn first IMO.

Wilder took very much more punishment in his fight vs Ortiz while AJ ended the fight with Parker without any kind of damage received.

Wilder get hits too much IMO, it just that, despite his crap defense, with that "out of this world power" he will knock you out before you will finally take his head off, head towering at 6"7.
Wilder's offense is terrific, power, angles, speed.

That being said, people talk about Wilder's power, but I think Josh bombs much harder than Ortiz slow as;s. Josh has more reach and height than Ortiz and will clip Wilder clean IMO.

Also, Wilder is more experienced as a pro, AJ barely cracked the 20 fights while Wilder is around 40 fights I think, even beating up cans build your confidence and your way to prepare fights as a pro.

I think Josh passed a cap with the Parker fight where he looked like crap and cautious, we'll see versus Pov who is dangerous fight.
