Floyd has been a WBC Champion, an IBF Champion, a WBO Champion, a WBA Super Champion, Ring Magazine Champion, IBA Champion, he's even been a WWE champion but he has never been a WBA Regular Champion. Floyd had never showed interest in a rematch with Pacquiao before but that was before Manny beat Matthysse.
