Ggg won comfortably but it it didn't look comfortable because of bodydhots. But you don't score extra points for body shots.
Ggg.might have looked awkward at times but he was still throwing and racking up points

Broke Golovkin by landing less punches. Makes total sense.

One reason I like Ward is that he's usually above this kind of thing. Maybe he really does think Canelo was magic on Saturday. I think this is more of a, "Ha ha, *** you."
I don't say that lightly either as Ward is one of the few fighters I've genuinely liked in the last 15 years. But, I disagree with him here, regardless of what his motivations were.
Ward hasnt liked GGG since GGG started running his mouth saying he was B-Side and his fights are so boring they dont even put it in HBO (About when he fought on BET). Almost everything Oscar said over the years about GGG and his team is almost word for word what Loeffler/Sanchez/ and GGG to an extent said about Ward.

A few years back Ward punked him at a party in Cali. You probably remember GGG doing an interview and saying Ward was very disrespectful and cuzzes too much. He said he would no longer talk about Ward because of that.

That's why you never hear GGG even speak his name.

Wow you sound really pissed off with Andre, it's only boxing, no need to be angry at the man.

I predicted a Canelo win but I have no problem with the fight being a draw or a couple points in one direction but I don't think it was fatigue that caused Canelo getting rocked in the 10th. I think they both put a helluva lot damage on each other. To say that a fighter who rallied in the 2nd half was broken is inaccurate and a discredit to the victor. Canelo warred all night with an undefeated champion who was rallying and trying to win until the final bell, as was Canelo. That's what makes this fight great and what gives credit to both champions. GGG should have stuck around and given an interview but I won't get all butt hurt about it. It's an emotional game and I don't fault AB or any other fighter about his post fight L antics either. Go have a pom pom fight with an equally delusional cheerleader from the opposing side rather than get emotional with me.
I agree with you completely. This was fight of the millennium all over again and then again. So Sanchez opinion is worth something to Canelo fans now?

“To me, if I didn’t score it round-for-round, I’m looking at Canelo and I’m saying that he has the momentum and he’s dominating this fight," Ward added.

Same here Dre. Had some peeps over so I didn't score, but it seemed clear to me Canelo won this fight. I'd say they're one apiece...

Ward was boring as hell, that `s why he never became a star.
