          I see Canelo backing away after almost every punch or combo he threw, and that was a video of only the punches that Canelo landed...

                  Wow have you ever boxed a day in your life? You are taught to make some sort of defensive maneuver after landing a punch, be it ending your combo with a jab whilst moving away from your foe, moving in to stifle your opponents counter attack, some sort of head movement, etc...
