It was a good, close fight. But I didn't see enough to best a sitting champ. Credit to Canelo though. He doesn't control the judges and he fought exactly how GGG wanted him to. Hell of a chin on both guys.Comment

When I heard the 114-114 card I thought it was going to turn out to be another draw with one judge scoring it for each fighter. When I heard 115-113 twice I thought GGG was keeping his titles and Canelo was on his way to his second official loss. Was definitely wrongComment

It wasn't even close this time. Canelo clearly won. He landed the harder punches and took the fight to GGG. What good are jabs if they're not setting anything up and you're getting hit back with power shots? Sure, he could have jabbed his way to a points decision but he wasn't nearly skilled enough to avoid what was coming back. It was a great fight, but Canelo went kamikaze this time and it paid off.Comment
