Of course they are not prime fighters anymore but I wouldn't mind seeing that fight.

Just hoping for neutral judges and a competent ref.

Floyd's peak was around the gatti fight...look at his legs in that fight and in the second maidana fight and tell me there's no difference.

Floyd looked every bit as good in the Canelo fight to me. It's easy to look good against a guy like Gatti.

Floyd and Pac are both shot in their standards. They are just good enough to compete with good fighters today.
But yup way past their primes nothing changed with the matthysse fight for me.

The Canelo fight was years before the pac fight, so I don't see what you're getting at. Point taken that it's easy to look good against a flat footed guy, but his speed, timing, reflexes, agility were all levels above where they were in the pac fight. Pac had also slowed considerably.

I think that you've missed the point.

              Here we go......

Was Floyd at his absolute best? No. But he wasn't far from it. His legs were brilliant, his jab was great and his defensive reflexes were like they always were. Manny was just INJURED. Not shot. If he was shot he wouldn't have won after that. And he certainly wouldn't have looked as good as he did against Mathysse. Both guys are not prime but they're not shot. If this is your way to dismiss the fight, wonderful. Don't watch. But I will because I know it will be a better fight with a 100% uninjured Manny.

Floyd is certainly more well preserved given his style of fighting and having 19 less fights.

You all got your excuses ready showing the same ol colors lol.

Manny could never beat Floyd on Floyds worst day, and never will.

If they fight you boys are going to lose again, this will be the end of the few remaining Pac fanboys that stalk the forum, they already starting to get the squeaky ass just on Floyd mentioning a fight with Manny lol.
