[QUOTE=richardt;19101174]I never thought I would say this a year ago but the Ramirez I saw last night would torture Prograis. Huge difference in activity levels and Ramirez is a non-stop fighting machine with a chin.

I still believe that Prograis is the best 140 pounder. He rushes in when he thinks he can't be hurt but I think he will be craftier with Ramirez who is very easy to hit. He has a great chin but let's see if he can withstand Prograis for the duration. Ramirez will be tested in this one. Regis is not Reed or Imam!

That was the best Ramirez I've seen, thinking going to Garcia was very smart of him.

If that was the best version of Ramirez, he's in a whole lot of trouble because his defense sucks. Subriel Matias would knock him out and so would Prograis.

Yeah, like, the Mares/Santa Cruz fights, Superfly 3 last Saturday...a lot of punches are thrown, it's in a phonebooth...but its repeated tap-tap, shoeshine punches, round after round.

I'd rather watch someone methodically sit down on their punch, than throw 15 punches and not hurt the guy.

And Regis has never faced a fighter with fire in his belly, great conditioning, and a high volume of punches and a former medalist. Regis will be walking into a ton of of punches with that low guard and is far from hard to hit.

I wonder if BigZ sobered up. Always good to get his commentary.

Imam hits as hard as anyone and Ramirez was never phased. Regus is very good, but he even got his face marked up by his last B level opponent, Ramirez walked out of the fight last night without a mark on him sending his 3rd straight opponent to the E.R.

It's the best fight for both, I honestly think Orosco and Imam were better when they fought Ramirez than anyone Regis has fought. Either would have beaten Indongo the former paper champ who took fight on 2 weeks notice coming off a beating from Crawford.

Orozco gives Taylor all he can handle. Taylor cant handle presser. Other than a knock down he fought to a draw wirh an old Postol, coming off an injury and having only fought once in 2 years who came to Taylor's home country. Taylor is overrated many days best Postol much easier than Taylor did.
