How does Haymon benefit his lower tier fighters

guys who have 6 and 7 losses on their record seem like the guys who want to fight more than 3 times a year. How much do these guys on his roster get paid and do you think hes looking out for their best interest also. HOW?

I don't think they care. Guys like Berto, Collazo, Molina ect are happy fighting once a year for a good payday. They know they're never going to win a world title or anything but they might as well stick around for as long as they can just for the money.

I dont think they/he cares as long as they have name value. Its the less or not known fighters that i think dont get as much

Those guys keep getting undeserved paydays vs the top names in boxing. They're happy. Josesito Lopez loves being a tuneup and his "chances for an upset".
