Does the fight make more money in the UK?

Maybe 350K pathetic PPV buys in America (with American PPV prices and Las Vegas site fee revenue) garners more profit than if the fight was held in the UK.

        im comparison to what ?

Wilder was down in my vbiew against spzilka, wasnt doing geat against washington... bermane might have just sent a tub of butter in to fight for him.

Ortiz was the only really interesting fight and even that only had two excitable rounds.

The whole state of HW boxing pretty much echoes the above for the majority, unless you get boxers like whyte, chisora or takam fighting in the pocket and creating great spectator fights.

those buys at 80 dollars still generates just shy of $30 mill...
The fights more lucrative in the US if the buys hit that mark there. Thats providing it isnt shown on DAZN and they put up a guarantee against buy rates.

how many buys are lost in the UK by having it at 4 am?
If the fight did 1.8 million ppv in the UK in our primetime tv slot, given klitschko did 1.5 then with our prices it'd generate about 35/36 million, add on maybe 200k buys at your US costs it might work out financialy more prudent to have it in the UK?

who knows... either way the fight doesnt seem like its gona be on the horizon any time soon

Match Joshua vs Wilder after that and you have a real show.
It might not be a sensation, but it'll sell. Wilder fighting nobodies didn't do much but it's a different situation now and the guy has some respect on his name.
                  How many buys you think?

That wouldn’t be enough to satisfy both fighters demands on getting paid.

                      $10,000,000 Vegas gate

$45,000,000 between the PPV regions and the Vegas gate. Add in Showtime's license fee. Is BT Sport putting money in the pot as well?
