man, thats from iwatchboxing, that guy tries to make it seem as if every mexican fighter lost, the guy hates mexicans cause he gets beat up at school by mexicans. anybody can make almost any fight look like the other guy won. **** he tried to do that with chavez v. laporte but failed, at the end the scenes he put were of chavez still landing more effective then laporte.

Chavez one fair and square no politics involved, Julio is not just one of the best mexican boxers ever but one of the best boxers of all time, if he isnt one of the best boxers of all time then he is. Chavez definately beat LaPorte, but not just in the ring. What made Chavez special was that he had the power to hurt you and the way he attacked, it left you in stitches for days. He body punching is exaggerated/over-emphasized because the shots he hit you with hurt differently than the shots most fighters could hit with. HOWEVER, Chaves is NOT invincible at his best. He's not even top 5 among all-time Lw's. An all-time great? Yes. Among thest greatest? No.

Strange how Chavez throws no punches? For you all that didnt see this fight, it came down to a decision and Chavez won fair and square. Laporte was cut up like a mo' fo'. While we're talking about politics; ****ing puerto ricans killed Salvador Sanchez, one of the greatest Mexican fighters, right after he beat the crap out of whats his face.

Oh ok, Well the Molina fight was close I remmember seeing it but I was ripped maybe I should watch it again sober. The Laporte fight I never saw but from the clip yes it looks like Laporte got the better of Chavez, but I have to watch the whole fight for sure.

I agree that the Whitaker and Sturm fights should've went the other way, as well as the Quartey fight. Those are three gift decisions, IMHO, that DLH didn't deserve.
