you have to do the physical, sure..... but the mental aspect cannot be overlooked and is even more important when dealing with a world-class athlete who can probably train himself through the physical aspect

at the top level the top two inches count just as much, even more actually..... old-school trainers understood that, they were mentors who would mold a fighter while developing him

Those are not excuses. Excuses would be them not signing to fight when offered a payday that’s 4/5 times over their usual payday. They have chased this fight for ages and they are doing what good teams do, get every mental advantage you can get for your guy.
