  • No excuses this weekend period

Both fighters and both fan bases have talked trash and said what they said so

    1-no one is to old

    2-no one is weight drained

    3-Both are taking VADA

4-Both agreed on the judges and the refs

No damn excuses!!!the winner will just be the damn better man and we accept it and move on!!!

The sun will come up the next day and I swear life will go on!!!

I dont wanna hear nothing about injuries or nothing, the winner is the damn winner

Sometimes cats get old on fight night in boxing.

Sometimes you don't feel the impact of a weight cut til after you make weight.

Sometimes drug testing doesn't catch mfers til AFTER the fight.

And sometimes the judge/ref you choose f#cks you over.

I don't see the big whoop with how boxers or fans react after a fight. If a guy believes he got f#cked over or had a bad fight plan or w/e fair play to him let him give his take. Idk that this sorta sh^t is excuses & just not a boxer or fan giving their account of the impact certain decisions that got made or things that happened that weren't predictable had on the outcome of the fight. Winning & losing is flimsy at this level of the game. You make one bad move & that could cost you a W.

And idk why some cats are so invested in winning or losing on here, but I also don't get why some cats are so negative about takeaways a boxer or a fan may have from a win or loss of a boxer on here either.

This sh^t is w/e. They fight. A guy wins. A guy loses. And the guy who loss can realize & learn from his mistakes. Realizing & learning from your mistakes don't gotta be a excuses thing. Although I'm down with that win or learn philosophy & most others don't seem to be & just wanna sh^t on people taking L's & touchdown dance for mfers getting a W like lil children.

I'm with ya Larry on this one.
Their should be no excuses and this should be agreed by all.
I know the next day we will see GGG to old or Canelo had ring rust or some b.s.

Big canelo fan, win, lose or draw no excuses from me... One thing is for sure, if Canelos performance regresses... He loses me as a fan.

That's all fine & good, but I don't think most used any of those excuses last time did they? It's that there was shjt cards! I believe most the controversy from fights always comes from how the ref handles it or how the judges score it. This is why most everyone on each side of the fence is hoping for a stoppage, then it's always easy to see through the bullshjt excuses that the minority gives. If Canelo KD's GGG let alone KO's him it'll be quite the accomplishment indeed! It's just a level playing field that fans are looking for, no matter who you're backing.

Expect another horrible decision again if GGG doesn't KO Canelo.

This^^^and GGG's contract with HBO is over so that makes him even more likely to get robbed than before. He needs a KO.

                **EDIT**

Well now that I see Canelo's HBO contract will also be over after the fight and Oscar shopping networks who knows?

I just hope that everything goes down fair.

Might as well close down boxingscene, then.

Agreed, when GGG loses the result needs to be accepted and people have to recognise Canelo as the better, stronger fighter and man.
