That's not a US PPV fight. It's a UK PPV fight but Joshua sells without the promotion over there, just like Mayweather did in the US (example, Mayweather-Maidana II fight wasn't official until less than 2 months before the fight).

Wilder-Fury would struggle for buys even if they had world class promotion, they can't afford to put this thing together at the last second.
