he's basically comparing the level of competition to which they have fought at. if we're talking about the 147 division, I've got to go with Spence resume, having with the likes of Brook, Peterson etc.. it's like he's saying that Bud should not be his rival @ welterweight because he fought nobody with Jeff Horny.

I agree with you with Spence but don’t you dare mention Khan’s name with Crawford. Vargas just put Amir on his arse. Khan beats nobody of note at welterweight.
