Well the only other exciting fighter really that was gonna be directly under Manny's fight was Rey Bautista. Rey was unfortunately pulled out though as he was rushed to hospital the past couple of days with a high fever. The other guys are lesser known boxers. Oh well, the main event should more than make up for the undercard. Just to see how crazy the people are gonna be over there with their National Treasure fighting should be worth the price of admission.

Penalosa should be exciting as well. That guy has been wanting to fight Rafael Marquez for the longest time and many believe he can beat Rafa. He is well known and was good former Champ. He is older but is rededicated. He along with Rey Bautista would have made it worth the money. I will still order though.

PPV buyers should be getting a discount since Suico and Boom Boom aren't in the card anymore.

The Bautista fight getting cancelled was really a huge blow to this PPV

Penalosa's opponent, Tomas Rojas, is more than 3 inches taller and enjoys a 5-inch reach advantage. Before losing to Jose Nieves in his last fight, he dropped Nieves twice (5th and 6th). In losing to Rosendo Alvarez, Rojas kd'd Alvarez in the 2nd. The victorious Alvarez finished the contest with a bloody nose and left eye closed.

He lost to Luis Maldonado but only by split decision.

Like Penalosa, Rojas is a southpaw.

It won't be a walk in the park, I think, for Penalosa.
