Porter by decision, he is just better and has more weapons in his arsenal. When they’re both tired at some point Porter will continue to win on the outside via jabs.

Porter wins every round and stops him. Porter is tough but he has real fighting skills to go with his toughness. Horn is tough with next to no skill. PS. He lost to Pacquiao by a mile and got a home town home country robbery win.The ref let Horn fight an extremely dirty illegal fight without even a warning. That bogus Pacquiao win is Horn's moment of fame. Get Horn out of his home town and make him follow the rules and Crawford showed how lousy Horn really is.

I totally agree with Spence being the world's best welter weight at the moment.
I have to dis-agree with you on Crawford.
I think he stops Porter with timing and once he hurts him puts him out with a ref stoppage much like he done to Horn.
To be honest I was not that impressed with his fight against Garcia.
