I think the fight was closer to a draw then a true win for Porter. Porter did well but there was no clear cut winner.
Garcia can come back with ease.
That fight kind of reminded me of GGG vs Canelo, as Garcia was clearly the better boxer but lacked output in middle rounds.

He landed a lot, and his body work was very good. Porter is sloppy and missed a good amount but he was a lot more active than Garcia which negated his somewhat poor accuracy.

Making that Broner fight might not be a bad idea right now. I wouldn't hate seeing Danny fight Berto.

I think Danny's out of the running for any bigger fights with how bottle necked 147 is at the top.

              Exactly as I called it.

Could have gone either way, really good show, all three fights were good and entertaining.

Agreed and he's been outshined in the division. Right now its a three focus division Porter/Spence/Thurman. Broner is a good fight for him to make as both his pops and Broner are sure to sell the hell out of that fight.

Yea I'd agree it would seem the judges were influenced by Porter's activity or Garcia's lack of activity in many rds.

Can't complain about this decision cuz it was a close fight & the cards were all for Porter sure, but all within the margin of error with all those close rds.

8-4, 7-5x2 means 2 rds the other way & its a draw & 1 rd the other way on two cards & its a draw on all three cards. Thats a close f#cking fight despite how bad some of you cats think 8-4 looks. And there were like 4 or 5 close rds you could make an argument for either guy.

You crazy nothing like this fight. In the GGG fight Golvokin landed the harder punches and had Canelo backpedaling every round.
I’m this fight it was Garcia landing the harder punches bur they only came every so often.
You will see it next week again Clenelo on his bike every round. Hopefully GGG worked cardio and packed his running sneakers
