Ioka is a solid fighter. Nice jab & movement. I would love to see a tournament at super flyweight involving the top 8 fighters there, it would be amazing.

With Ioka, Nietes, and Chocolatito, boxing has something special and unique. Four historic talents, all now fighting at 115, but none true 115 pounders. Put them in against elite, true top 115 pounders, and the size might be too much. See Chocolatito vs Sor Rung Visai. As 115 pounders, they are not necessarily pound for pound talents, due to their lack of size for 115, but what they are is pound for pound talents who just so happen to be fighting at 115 due to various circumstances (Chocolatito too old to get back down to 112 after the mistake of moving up in the first place, Nietes and Ioka wanting more money/challenge).

Which means, as long as you keep them in their bubble against each other, you can make P4P matchups. Think of it like, you can match all three of these elite let's say 112 pounders against each other, but it just so happens they're all more comfortable doing it at 115.

Then again, we've seen Chocolatito struggles with the size of Sor Rungvisai, not being a defensive fighter, but it could be just as interesting to see Nietes or even Ioka against one of the top true 115 pounders as well. Maybe they can pull it off where Chocolatito could not, just due to styles. That is very interesting as well, but perhaps most interesting would simply be to match this trio of 3-division-plus champions against each other. Chocolatito vs Ioka would be a cracking fight, style wise. Maybe they could fight, maybe Nietes could fight Sor Rungvisai or Estrada, and then maybe the winners could fight. I wouldn't mind Sor Rungvisai-Chocolatito III, even, given how close the first fight was, and given how the second fight was only a blowout because Chocolatito was so demoralized by the first decision, apparently, that it looked like he didn't train as hard for the rematch. If Chocolatito comes in 100% dedicated again vs Sor Rungvisai, who may now also be on the decline and struggling to make 115 much more than he used to, then Chocolatito could still potentially beat Sor Rungvisai.

Alot will depend on how Rungvisai looks on his return of course as, like you said, he could be on the decline.
