Spence is actually one of the few top fighters that truly wants to stay active. Ocampo was his mandatory, and it's not really his fault Ocampo couldn't really take the punishment he was dishing out. It's not like there's a long list of opponents lining up to fight Spence anyways.

why do they need to? its the easiest job in the world, haymon pays them millions to fight scrubs. why do they need to fight too often and take any risks? maybe once every few years they will fight someone worth fighting to get people off their backs but thats one hard nights work every few years. im not blaming the fighters, in some ways the guys who take tough fights and risk losing their 0 are the crazy ones. cause they can cherrypick their way to 2 easy nights work max, a couple of camps and spend the rest of the year on holiday

If we want these guys to get more active and fight more than twice a year then maybe fans should stop crying about every rumored match ups that are not big match ups. For them to be active lets say to fight 4 times a year, realistically out of 4 fights 2 of them will be soft touches/stay busy fights until the next big fight. NOBODY has the budget to pay any of these Top Fighter Big Money 4 Times a Year. Fans are not realistic at all!

Tyson Fury has fought 14 rds during that same period.

Don't get this at all. Are they running these shows at a loss? If the promoter puts on the show they make money and they can pay their boxer. They need to do it more often
