Errol Spence Jr, for one. Say what you want about the pace, but Spence Jr has basically had his whole run on TV, is just coming off of a profile in the Fashion section of the New York times, and is basically on the cusp of PPV stardom, with wins over Garcia and Thurman launching him as a PPV fighter.

He won't be on Floyd's $30m a fight yet, but he'd be clearly on the way to that number within the next year/year and a half.

It wouldn't have though. The Floyd fight would've been worth at least $3m-$4m to Timothy Bradley. The Khan fight would've been worth at least $500k, and you can build from there.

You add the glow that'd still be on Bradley after putting up a good fight with Floyd, and the money adds up rather quickly.

Crawford is announced by his next fight on sports center. People don’t know about garcia unless they go to a boxing Website. He doesn’t have the same marketing push that Crawford has.

He's not fighting 3-4 times a year. Two from this point on.

Thurman according to Hearn made far more than the reported 2 million purse vs Garcia. That tells me it was closer to the 3 million range. And after seeing the type of ratings that fight did, it makes sense.

And now that FOX can technically go as high as 7-8 million in license fees on selected cards, I'm sure a lot of these guys will see increases in their purse. Thurman fights Porter/Garcia in a rematch, both can make 3-3.5 million for that fight.

When people complain about major fights not being made its cuz of bob not Al so maybe everyone should leave bob like everyone left don King . Tim Bradley said the only regret he has in boxing is that he never fought Floyd....I would have loved to see that fight cuz Tim was a great fighter so I wish I had the chance to see him & Floyd fight to see how Floyd would of pulled out a victory over Tim. Usually when bob makes fights is when his lower tier fighter has the upper hand with all the advantages....then there's money of course & network.......I wish I was wrong. I remember Bob was trying to make the Mayweather-pacquiao fight back in 2009 but it didn't happen cause Manny wouldn't take random blood tests... But you can't fault Bob for that...
