    The president of the World Boxing Council revealed that it will be in October when the Frenchman Nordine Oubaali (14-0, 11 KOs) and American Olympian Rau'shee Warren (16-2, 4 KOs) will be measured for the bantamweight championship left vacant by Mexican bomber Luis 'Panterita' Nery.

        Haven't seen the French guy before but the winner of this defending against Cuadras, Nery while the other guys are in the WBSS would make for a real strong year for the weight class.

            Feels a bit like that because of the opponent having a resume full of unknowns, but he did beat Warren in the 2012 Olympics so
