He also stopped Arias which Sinan Samil Sam couldnt stop! And i had the feeling McCall was wobled a bit after a good punch from Gomez and was suprised. He has more pop than Toney or Byrd though. He has not much raw power but he has good punshing tech nique and is a good boxer. But i hope hes serious and get his life in order. If he does he has still a chance in this division.
Im shure he can beat Maskaev for example. Maskaev is a bit like McCall, but he has not the chin that McCall has. So i think Gomez could maybe knock Maskaev out! I saw McCall vs. Gomez, McCall was fit and had good stamina, showed no big stamina issues in the fight. And he was in good shape.
