The first pair of gloves that Maidana showed were sus, so they brought in a new pair, that the NSAC approved. Floyd didn't want Maidana to use his legal gloves, and instead paid him to wear some other ones. Clenelo brought in some random untested gloves, on short notice, and NSAC rightfully shut that down. Your argument is false equivalence.
