I think Brock by UD. His last win wasnt impressive but its hard to fight when the other guy doesnt want to. But the question remains can he keep Peter off of him for 12 rounds AND still win rounds?

I don't see Brock lasting more than 2 or 3 rounds tops. That's a style mismatch and a highlight reel knockout waiting to happen.
