Anyone that is not biased can clearly see that. Jacobs hasn’t looked the same since he fought GGG. I have no idea who Deverechenko is, but I’m not interested in this fight as the real IBF champion will still be GGG until he gets beat in the ring.
So when Canelo relinquished his belt to GGG you still saw him as the real WBC champion until he gets beat?

Of course he has I’m not dis*****g that .He is a middleweight powerhouse ,all I’m saying is if I was Jacobs knowing that his opponent is more rounded than him not to mention Jacobs has a suspect chin so extra 3 pounds of adipose tissue around the chin area could be imperative. Yes he probably outweighed GGG by 15 pounds come fight night but I believe the weight helped his survival and as a result increased his stock. For me he was the closest to beating GGG . Not that that means anything

So either Jacobs has a really good business head or hes just a cheat.
          I agree with ya.
I think he used his brain with that one doesnt mean hes not a weight cheat.
Too bad for him even with that extra weight he still got put down.

And lost but it was that performance that balked the knockout run of GGG and ignited the belief in GGG naysayers.

If you followed GGG as an amateur you would that Abel has done absolutely nothing for him he was already a great fighter. He could brawl and box and was very evasive, with great movement

I thought he just took it easy on Jacobs so he could get the Nelo fight.
Put him in with the G man again and it will be a different finish.

The situations are completely different. You are just a GGG hater trying desperately to make GGG look bad. To say that GGG was too chicken to fight a Russian with 12 pro fights is just plain ******. GGG has already fought both Jacobs and Canelo who are both far more dangerous and better fighters than Derevyanchenko and you damn well know it. GGG fears no middleweight on earth. Why should he when he is the best.He is the real middleweight champ and everybody knows it and Jacobs said it.

                  fair point(s) there.....

problem is, Loeffler said that the reason why they will not fight Derevyanchenko is because Golovkin wanted to be paid more money for such a risky fight

                  also.....

when Sergio Martinez showed little interest in Golovkin, because he had been chasing a much more lucrative money-fight with Cotto..... Golovkin fans called Martinez a duck, and still do to this day

you cannot have it both ways..... and Martinez had signed an agreement with HBO to face Golovkin next if he got past Cotto..... but Golovkin refused to commit in writing to Derevyanchenko

while I see your (valid) point, I guess I enjoy winding up the golovkin-fanboys who have already spent considerable time disrespecting a number of PROVEN warriors

He turned up to the fight, and the weight advantage wasn't even a factor really. He had Virgil Hunter in his camp for GGG and yet he didn't abuse the weight factor and fight in close and 'dirty'.

If Jacobs played the part of the bully he would have won - and if he came in lighter and kept the same plan he implemented he may well have won also.
