50/50 is fair because winky has nothing to gain, and everything to lose.
Should Floyd fight Winky for 50/50?

No fighter thinks that way. They wouldnt say they needed 50/50 because they would know it was easy money. Thats like saying that Tarver deserves 50/50 against Floyd because he has everything to lose. The size advantage was so big that Winky first laughed at the fight but yet he wants 50/50.
That was then and this is now. Since then Floyd has had 2 fights at 147 and was going to 154 to fight Oscar anyway so Winky cant use that same excuse again.
You and Winky sound alike. You know damn well that everyone would kiss his ass for beating Floyd and he would be the favored and you know damn well that people hate Floyd so much that they would still rip him for losing and say that he was overrated even though he's fighting the bigger man. How can he have more to lose then Floyd when Floyd could easily lose his great undefeated record by fighting the other best guy in the world and at his weight? Floyd is the one with everything to lose and its a joke to think otherwise.
I guess Calzaghe has everything to lose against Winky then, huh?Comment

I know that PBF has been bringing more & more money each fight, but so has Winky, & in alot of eyes, he just beat Taylor. Mayweather is the best p4p boxer in the world, I'd say Winky is still no 2. Based on popularity, and the fact that they've both paid their dues I'd say 50/50, but i really don't take this fight seriously. I'm sure they could fight if Wright dropped & PBF went up to 154lbs, but why would Mayweather risk a loss to a bigger threat then DLH before his Big Money Fight, not even DLH wants Winky.Comment

Gotta love mismatch fights
I just enjoy when fighter fight well out of their class. I enjoyed Roy Jones/Ruiz alot. Can anyone fill me in one when there came to be so many weight classes in boxing? I would presume fighters back in the day fought WAY above and below their class? ThanksComment

It depends of course of the outcome of De la Hoya vs. Mayweather, and Winky vs Hopkins...but I don't think Winky Wright sells ppv's, so no Floyd would have a good argument for a bigger cut for himself. Winky just doesn't have an exciting style, he has a style that works but is very one dimensional and not really crowd pleasing.Comment

damn, where have you been? it seems like i haven't chatted with you for some time now. i've missed you on here man. you gives facts, logical reasoning a lot like myself, and defend floyd in a respectable and great manner. you are making these guys look so ****** with their points, they are contradicting themselves like carzy, but oh well, they are who they are.Comment

okay nothing to gain by beating the best boxer in the world. i'm sure you seen this coming and was waiting for someone to make this point, it couldn't have been more obvious from a floyd fan right? but, although floyd is smaller, i would pick him to defeat winky, but i do agree that this would be the toughest challenge for floyd right now, out of anybody in reasonable weight.Comment
