You can debate that he lost to McGregor. Floyd capitalized on Conor gassing out but Conor was dominating him until that point.

Agreed, Floyd did not carry Connor his face in the corner said it all. He was constantly outjabbed through out and countered. Floyd became reckless getting hit because he was desperate to make something happen. Floyd kept missing punches and the punches that stopped Connor were grazing jabs and arms punches which he was overreaching with recklessly. The worst performance and it was the best he can do cause he has no chance to outbox connor. He didn't carry Connor this was simply a case of bad style matchup. That's why he wanted no part of Khan cause that wouldv been khans easiest fight more dominant than Devon/paulie wins. Even tho Floyd stopped Connor boxing lost that day! Connor did better than every opp of floyds

The being said. Floyd beats this old gatekeeper Leonard most prospects do.. if a bum like hector Camacho can stop him then fringe fighters today would also.

Floyd wouldn't take the fight, at 41 Leonard was far too close to his prime..

A mid 30s Leonard looked like a corpse against Norris, who at the time was a cherrypick, as Leonard continued to run from Michael Nunn and Mike Mccallum.

This is a new take on things asking who's win past prime?
I'm not interested in this fight.

LOOOOOOL AT FLOYD DID NOT CARRY CONOR. Did floyd even fight with his usual style? Conor didn’t even deserve to see the philly shell. Had Floyd fought on the outside he’d be criticized by this fkers for a boring fight because Conor wouldn’t have landed ****. If Floyd blasted Conor in the first 3 rounds, this fkers would bashed him again that he took the easiest fight for his 50th win.
And now that Floyd toyed with Conor, came forward the entire fight and didn’t punch the first 3 rounds. Tried to make it an exciting fight.
“Oh he was having trouble with Conor” looool
I have my issues with Floyd as well, but that’s just real talk.
Did Floyd even appeared in trouble?? Wth are guys watching.

And to answer TS. Floyd would win against Leonard at 41.
He still has a lot in his tank to potshot old leonard. His fundamentals are all still there, despite the decrease of reflexes and speed. He still have levels to his defense.
Floyd was never on tough wars like Leonard as well. So he has the advantage at 41.
                  Floyd by UD.

Considering Floyd took much better care of himself than SRL, that would pay huge dividends in a past prime match. I'd take Floyd by decision.
