Have to go with Larry. At least he has some movement, punch variety, decent hand speed and moves in the manner of actually having a fight.

Juggernaut just looks like a lummox hitting the bag like a caveman with no real boxing ability. Looks like he probably has a bit of power in his right hand but anybody with an ounce of boxing knowledge is going to see those punches from a mile off, he probably wouldn't even get in a position to throw it. There's no balance or movement or real technique there. The left hand especially. He would probably struggle badly in a fight because picked up all the bad and lazy habits of someone that only stands and hits something that is static and doesn't hit back, i.e. the bag.
