Comments Thread For: Golovkin Didn't Feel 'Real Power' From Canelo; Only Felt Slaps

“He’s not the hardest puncher [I’ve fought],” Golovkin continued. “I don’t feel his power. I don’t feel his like heavy hands, you know? He’s fast, he’s quick, he’s more boxing IQ. He knows [how to box].”
GGG, alot of boxing fights have been won with those skills. We shall see on September 15th!Comment

If thats really the case then we are in for a helluva fight because golovkin may be gung ho and canelo and his team believe he should try and smother golovkin and use his superior handspeed and ability to throw combinations and test gggs bodyComment

Because nelo was accurate. Ggg would prefer not to let nelo score on him. If it’s goes 12 rounds if you can avoid getting hit you win.
Nelo should tried to have avoided jabs. They score and count those.
Nelo didn’t hurt ggg and ggg never hurt nelo. If ggg was hurt he’d have did chicken dance or dropped to canvas or backed off.
But nelo was more scared he did runningLast edited by hugh grant; 08-27-2018, 08:55 AM.Comment

This is not a natural MW:

He's a blown up welter that put on way too much muscle, it certainly didn't serve him well against Lara, Cotto, Trout, etc. His most notable knockout in his entire career has literally been Liam Smith at 154. Angulo, Khan, Kirkland, Cintron were all previously knocked out.
Even Jarrett Hurd at 154 is bigger, actual MW's look like ggg, Jacobs, BJS, etc. which are rare these days. If Canelo had fought a decade earlier he'd have been fighting monster middles like 6'1 Hopkins, 6'2 Pavlik, 6'1 Taylor, even Abraham as small as he was is much bigger.Comment

Except, that's exactly what GGG did throughout the fight including eating Canelo's best punch in the 9th and immediately continuing to walk him down. Feel free to post a clip of Canelo hurting GGG
. Maybe, re-watch the fight when you're not lit instead of posting this nonsense.
