Keep it 100. Floyd said he was willing to put Tank in with Lomachenko and even had talks with DuBoeff.

But Gervonta balked at that.

Having a talk isn’t making an offer is it? Both fighters want to get paid and both fighters are making a mil plus. Is Tank supposed to move up and take the short money like Rigo? That’s not happening. Then you have all the issues with the different networks.
