So true, man. The fewer pretnders, the better off the sport is...

Mikey won two titles that were vacant the fight prior (WBC at 135 and IBF at 140) and Easter coming off of 2-3 gift decisions back to back. You don't seem to criticize those as much.

      Are you biased?

Pedraza is Tank's biggest win but he's not an elite fighter and nobody is saying he is. Lomachenko will dominate him and it will probably be his 6th or 7th best win to date. No more no less.

Mikey has no intentions of making the fight this year so Loma is coming off surgery and fighting the other champion (Pedraza) first...then the big Mikey fight can happen. What more can you ask for ? You just want to see him lose, i wouldnt call you a real boxing fan even...im sure Loma would fight pacman but he just arrived at 135. He's still testing the waters there.
Yeah, the notion that Lomachenko - who's just had his first fight at 135 and is coming off a major surgery - is ducking a welterweight is pathetic and a sign of how bad and petty boxing fans have gotten over time.

People are shifting more and more away from being fans of the sport and have just picked sides and only interpret events and fights the way they want to regardless of the reality.

Lomenchenko needs to make sure he doesn't let Pedraza illegally hold on the inside. Ray showed his age last night letting homeboy get away with it.

I wouldn't favor anyone at this weight over Loma. He should out think and out box Pedraza in an entertaining fight.

Instead of Mikey and anybody that's a threat.

Davis-Lomachenko at 135. Make this fight happen soon.

Imagine Davis landing that with vicious intent and the follow up!

It's more of a balance shot than anything. Lomachenko had started to dominate pretty easily and got a little over zealous. He learns though and also Linares himself is skilled and has more length than Davis. It's questionable if even Davis could get himself in that position. Lomachenko may not make that mistake again.

Boxing isn't as simple as "if fighter A could do this then fighter B would do this".
