Comments Thread For: Hearn: Wilder Beats Fury, But I Have Doubts Fight Will Happen

Eddie Hearn, promoter for IBF, WBO, IBO, WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, is still not sold that a fight between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury will actually come off in the fall. From the moment the fight was rumored, Hearn shook his head and expressed his doubts. But, last weekend in Belfast, Wilder was ringside to watch Fury dominate Francesco Pianetta over ten rounds of action.

This fight happening makes any fight with AJ even bigger. You can see that Hearn don't want this fight to take place though.

Wilder-Fury should happen when Fury is back at 100%, physically. A year or two from now. I'm happy if it doesn't happen now, Fury did not look near 100% his last fight.

How do we know Povetkin fight is going ahead? Minimal press & both fighters have history of fights being cancelled & new opponents at the last minute.
Everyone can play hearns game. He's not some megamind. He's a fat, sweetie eating ballbag that was born with a silver spoon in his mouth & walks about with a silver buttplug up his arse

It's been announced it's on by BT and Showtime.

Warren said date and venue to be announced either next week or the week after.

Hearn has been used to running the show and being the centre of attention, now he's not. He blew the chance to do that and he knows it. Look for Hearn to go further down in the fans estimations over the coming weeks......if possible !

You were just in the other thread saying Charlo should fight Bivol... For respect (from the few hardcore boxing fans who knows Bivol) but Fury should hold off till you feel ok?

How about Fury do it for some respect too?

I am seeing a really strong pattern with you when it comes to certain fighters but I hope I'm wrong.
