Why not man? It's only $5 a month.
They had good fights on ESPN+ so far so I'm content with it

HBO Boxing has no direction. Why buy Berchelts fights and Roman-Salido and not pick up this?

They did want it, got outbid. ESPN, Showtime, DAZN and HBO all wanted it. ESPN won. HBO are pretty much done now, Hooker/Saucedo going for more than the entire purse for the Kovalev and Bivol card, Saunders getting double what Golovkin got in his last fight.

This will be an entertaining fight. Shame I won't be able to watch it since its on ESPN+ and I'm not paying for that.

They had good fights on ESPN+ so far some in content with it
I guess when it launched I signed up to watch
Horn vs Crawford, and somehow I mistakenly assumed
that they would show better content than their regular
                      channels.
I don't receive ESPN as part of my cable package, so all I
see is the prelim fights and a few other sparse cards.
I'd rather they offer me the whole ESPN package through
the app for a bit more money.

Also, I read that Showtime was also interested in this card,
but it ended up going to ESPN+ instead.
I also subscribe to the Showtime app so I would have
seen it either way, and I would have preferred Showtime's
                      presentation and production value.
So I'm paying for Showtime, plus an extra $5 per month
so ESPN+ can compete for fights against them???
I'd rather have saved $5 and just watched it on Showtime,
but instead I have to support a business rivalry and help
further the fragmentation of televised/streamed boxing.
All these networks and streaming services think we have
money trees growing in our yards.
