I don't support such bollocks in fact the wbcs statement reeks of bias & favouritism towards canelo and is not to dissimilar to the fanboy comments on here which I expect, but to hear it from the wbc is disgusting.

Argue all you want about the clean tests since, but there are things called undetectable peds ask memo heridia. Moneys the root of all evil and canelo has enough ways and means to get away with carte blanche.
you're right, it's pathetic for the wbc to take this stance but their bias shouldn't come as a surprise. This is how they've historically operated and have done so specifically when it comes to Canelo. Despite his fit over them enforcing his mandatory against ggg, it's forgotten how they fabricated a scenario for him to become the youngest world champion in history at 154 pounds. They allowed him to fight for their belt when he hadn't beaten anyone of substance at 20 yrs old vs an unranked welter weight Matthew hatton. They never enforced a mandatory on him while he was champion. When he won their mw title vs cotto, they sanctioned a title defense vs amir khan. A guy who hadn't held a belt in about 4 yrs (and that was at 140), wasn't a champion at 147,never fought at 154, but was somehow allowed to fight for the mw title. But despite all that favoritism, Canelo's entitlement still caused him to flip on them.

The traces found were low yes BUT as a professional athlete and with the top people around you, you should know better and have your food prepped which can be traced back to a reliable source.

What made the matter worse was the fact he knew there was a problem in his own country with it and still took the risk.

All this of course is if you believe the tainted meat story. Personally I don't believe and think he was caught at the end of a cycle.

              War Golovkin!
Oh! Sooo.. only trace amounts were found? I heard somewhere that the amount of clenbuterol found was the equivalent to eating like a thousand tacos in seven minutes? Lmao

Well that depends, if Canelo wins GGG hardcores and canelo dislikers will say he was doping. If Canelo loses then he was doping Last fight, but lost this fight because he wasn’t doping and would have lost last fight had he not been doping then. It’s tricky I know

Just think of how much can be saved on irrelevant details such as testing. Instead we can go straight to Sulaiman and he can tell us how things are.

Haha. I really do see why WBC has been called 'we be crooks'. They went from being hardasses "Canelo must defend against his mandatory" and refusing to budge on the timeline, to proclaiming Canelo's innocence when nobody has any facts, to now making blanket statements even though nobody knows the truth.
