His intentions were not to build from scratch. He wanted from day one to go after all the top guys, and thus far has struck out. It is smart for him to build his young prospect fighters, but he's had no choice but to sign guys like Farmer/Vargas/Roman/etc. And expect to see more of that in the near future. I've been saying this is what B-side fighters need to do. Go and get your money with a desperate Eddie Hearn. Everyone knows he has to put 16 US shows a year and he doesn't have nearly the amount of fighters to do so at the current moment. And everyone knows the type of money he has to throw around. So this is GREAT for good fighters with little to no name value.

This using British fighters aint going to stand up for much longer, fine patching the first couple of cards with them, but hes going to end up hurting his healthy UK stable.

I think he'll get Mikey Garcia soon, when Mikey knows the Spence fight aint happening this year. No doubt Mikey will want assurances though that Hearn wont get in the way of a Spence fight next year.

Hearn says hes meeting Pacquiaos team this weekend, think something will come of it, not sure he'll sign him for multiple fights though.

Mikey Garcia is a guy that likes freedom so can I see him fighting on a DAZN card? Sure, but he won't sign no long term deal. And I really don't get the issue of pushing the fight back a month. Like why does it matter if the fight takes place in January instead of December? Doesn't Mikey want it to do as well as possible? Good luck going in December after four consecutive months of PPVs.

Making Pacquiao vs Khan makes too much sense. Just the perfect to make. Another thing I've been saying for a while. All this talk of the Brook fight happening in December is all good and dandy, but I still have my doubts of that happening. Pacquiao isn't fighting the top guys at WW next fight as they are all tied up or he simply at this point in his career doesn't want to fight guys like Crawford/Spence, so Khan would be the best option for him. This way he can still fight outside of the US against an opponent with a good name. Put that fight in the UK and they pack any arena. I know a stadium fight may be hard to do in December because of the weather. But where exactly is the Brook fight supposed to take place?

Pacquiao if he fights Khan will want at least 15+ million. If you put that fight in the UK and put it on PPV? Then Hearn can certainly give him just that. DAZN itself likely won't put up $20 million for that fight to be taking place in the afternoon in the US, but if he can make most of his money off the PPV and then DAZN can cover the rest? Then definitely possible. Make it happen Fast Car Eddie!

Think Brook caught wind of Pacquiao/Khan going to be happening right around that time he got that "injury" for the Cook fight.

Interesting. So he's taking all this time off preparing himself to make WW again? The whole Cook situation was just a bit odd. Cook was saying the fight is off a week before they actually called it off.

But hey, Khan vs Brook or Khan vs Pacquiao works with me. Down for either.

Last thing Brook said was he doesn't need any more tune ups. If Khan/Pacquiao goes down he'll look to Hearn to deliver one of the 154 champs, or he could **** off to Warren.

With this Farmer signing, think the big prize hes after is Berchelt. Understand theres a bidding war going on between PBC, Hearn and Arum for Berchelt/Roman. Adds a bit to his cause if he can say hes got a unification for him straight after.

Good move for Tevin who really haven't been televised much during his career! The bad news is that the Tank Davis fight probably won't happen now

DiBella and Hearn doing business together is very positive for DAZN! DiBella has a very good roster of his own away from what he does with PBC

You see that press conference yesterday? Going on about being lifelong family friends, "I remember when you were coming home from school" type of ****, lol. Complete turnaround.
