Abel is wrapping GGGs hands according to California regulations. GGG has never fought in Vegas so able isn't aware that he can wrap his hands according to Nevada regulations. Both states allow different gauze and tape. Nevada allows a different gauze that looks thicker I believe

What I'm talking about is that artorias boxing shows golovkin with his wraps half way done in the 1st 30 seconds of that video then at 1:17 it shows the wrap when they were starting on golovkin's wraps on the split screen you see Nelo almost done with his & golovkin starting with his to make the illusion as if Nelo is stacking....its an edited video.

The wraps are very different. That's the bottom line. Whether it's legal or illegal is debatable but the two fighters wrap their hands differently.
