Yeah, and the one time Shawn acted like a professional fighter in a championship fight was against Keith, and he lost a clean 116-112. So my money is on Shawn going back to dirty tactics by rolling under and leading straight up with the "third" punch like he's done in 90% of his big fights. Dirty fighter is dirty!

And people underestimate Danny’s chin. He has “never” been knocked down in 35 fights. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him hurt. Lucas Matthysse knocked out Danny’s mouth piece and he took that shot like it was nothing. And Porter isn’t really a power puncher, he wears you down more. Since 2012, he has only (4) TKO’s in 13 fights, a 30% KO%. Danny can box, he will eat the power shots of Porter, and wait patiently for his power shots. And Porter may get away from his game plan as the fight unfolds. As you said, being in there against Broner will be totally different than being in there with Danny.

Left hook vs Head lol. Just like Trinidad vs Hopkins, Tyson vs Holyfield. Im sure Porter is gonna be watching for that left hook. But If Danny lands it and Porter eats it, it will be a long night for Danny. hes going to be a bloody mess due to the 1-2 and head all night. Danny has to back Porter up and keep the fight in the center of the ring. But either way its going to be inevitable for a headbutt. Porter goes in head first and Danny swings wide and with that no look left hook their heads will connect.

Good analysis on Danny swinging wide and Porter going in head first. One of Ellie's somewhat recent ESNEWS interviews with Mikey talks about how Danny use to be so much straighter and technical in the amateurs (Mikey and Danny fought at least once), but started swinging wide left hooks as he moved past prospect ranks in the pros. I hope for a clean professional fight from Porter and may the best style win, but with Porter that's probably slim to 1% chance. I hate how that clown has gotten away with that crap in big past fights.

i'll bet DSG will have his lips and nose busted with blood leaking out of them like faucets lmao.

hopefully he'll manage to come up with more uppercuts rather than just left hooks.

i mean Porters going to be prepared for that hooks so basically he'll try to block it up more frequently

I think if he will be able to take all Danny's best punches then it's gonna be a long, bloody night for Danny lol

Porter seems like a good guy.. but i find his unusual headbutt and maul style kinda unfair and annoying which is why im favoring DSG over this one.

              UD rd 12.

World level you come across all kinds of styles.
If the ref lets the fight go then Porter can use whatever tactics he feels like aslong as the ref allows it.
Don't blame the fighter blame the ref if ya think its illegal.

Whatever happened to that St. John's Gent guy who was an obsessive DSG fan? Ever since Danny lost to Thurman, it seems like he disappeared. Maybe that guy was Angel and was too ashamed that Danny lost a fight. There was no shame in that loss, he fought a good fight against Thurman. He just started late and got edged out. Too many people are obsessed with the 0 on their record.
