There's others that are slipping my mind.
If you are going to put a PPV in December, it definitely has to be early on. I mean Rousey did over a million against Nunes on NYE, but that is a different type of machine.

They need to think hard about putting it on December 8 just to avoid having three big PPVs in back to back to back months.

These two are just set ups to try to manufacture a new American PPV star now that Floyd retired. That's the only reason big guarantees are being given out on these two fights and they're being rushed. The boxing establishment in America wants a new PPV star so they are pulling out all the stops, probably overpaying Fury to rush back to the top level so Wilder can get that scalp, and overpaying both Spence and Mikey so that either way it goes, there will be a new star coming out of that fight if not both of them.

They don't care about what's best for the sport, or making the best fights. Apparently, they just care about propping up American boxers. Maybe they feel they can make more money off American stars, or maybe it's a patriotism/nationalism thing, but either way it's hurting boxing and resulting in **** fights instead of good ones.
This is the absolute truth in matters going on in American boxing. They are sooooo desperate to manufacture a great black hope or another Hispanic fighter to capture that need for a demographic hero ********** can indentify with.

Same reason Wilder calls out old men, retired men and bums.

I agree with what ur saying but look how well Maymac did and that was the definition of a mismatch.

The “true form” Tyson Fury May be just a memory at this point. When u look back at his old fights, compared to now, it’s night and day. Probably evidence that the banned substances he was taking did a lot for his performances .

Now he can’t juice anymore (cause he got caught already)
and looks benign and docile in the ring

Spence and Crawford have no real opponents available because WW division is horrible and the only other relevant fighters are fighting in a couple of weeks.

They should fight in 2019...give TC another fight or two at WW. I have no problem with that.

Mikey and Loma would be an awesome fight and I hope that happens eventually. Although I reckon Arum and Mikey probably wont work together anytime soon :/

Wilder and Fury is a good fight whether you like it or not. Fury is far from prime, but it is what it is. Wilder - while unbeaten - is not very good. Hes very good by today's HW standards, but that's not saying much.

I think Fury has better chance of beating Wilder than AJ tbh...AJ is too robotic and repetitive.
