Since GGG said "it's all about the titles" then chased the $$, although tbh I understand why, i take what he says with some cynicism!

There's no such thing as Mexican Style! Triple g only fights the way he does cause that's all he knows. That's the only way he's capable of fighting. He's not athletic enough or skilled enough to fight any other way. And nothing wrong with that. He makes do with what he's capable of doing and it's worked for him for almost 20 years. So much props to him.
But don't say he fights like that just to please the fans... Yeah going to war and taking punches just to please the fans.... I call bullshet on that!
like Hoya said..... all that Mexican bullshht is just a gimmickComment

Mexican Style is for your entertainment
So much ignorance about, "Mexican Style." Dont criticize the style. It's crowd pleasing. You want a track meet? a dance show, a skate rink choreograph, maybe. Too much defense makes for a boring fight, -think TMT. No.You want a fight!
It's inside fighting, taking punches from opponent, in order to strategically connect your own.
Mexican Style is a confident valorous warrior fighting to show who's boss and take what's his.Comment
