Fringe HW contenders meet in Germany for an IBF Inter-Continental title. Probably the last chance for both guys to have a shot at world level, winner should be pretty high in the IBF rankings. Teper is 19-2 but hasn't looked nearly as good since getting popped for roids and Gerber is 28-2 but has only fought a couple bums since returning after a few years of inactivity. Boxrec actually has the fight listed for the 28th, but the article I read said 29th.
