The agreed to terms were for a 2018 fight bro, not a 2019 fight. Get that through your head. Might as well tear that contract up. Idgaf who gets the blame for the fight not happening in 2018, but trying to hold on to the terms from the 2018 fight negotiations and apply them to 2019 is just fools talk.

Rejection is when you say no. Rejection isn't make these revisions and I will sign.

No, not recently. Finkel has been consistent throughout and Hearn has never disputed it. Hearn has said "he knew" the fight was next, but Hearn has gone out of his way to avoid ever claiming the contract stated it was next, because it didn't.

Hearn made a pre-contractual representation that the fight was next. That becomes integrated into the contract unless it was expressly rejected in the contract.

Pre-contractual representations are meaningless if they're not in the contract. Hearn acting like the fight will be next is irrelevant if the contract states nothing of the sort. This is why Wilder didn't sign. He wanted assurances the fight would be next. Hearn said give me a few days. A few days went by and then Hearn finally admitted the fight wouldn't be until April.

Now we are talking about something else. My only point which you tried to ridicule was that in the case of Joshua vs Wilder a contract was drawn up .Terms were agreed but the contract was not signed. Now Fury and Wilder both said it is official we are fighting. Frank Warren then went further and said we have signed the contract. As I talk to you now there is no official location or venue. Please explain ?

I never heard that from Warren. So I don’t know what you’re talking about as far as contact goes. TBH the only person I’ve heard bring up a contract as of late was Hearn. All that complaining during the negotiations then he’s sends an incomplete contract. I think that’s why Wilder was pissed off.

Without any of us knowing the negotiations, I'm sure it has been said where it would be (as Fury let slip out) and either November or December. If Hearn would have publicly came out and said it would be this year, it would have been different. Instead, when pressed about the date he came up with the 24 hr warning about Povetkin.

If Hearn wanted Wilder to sign for the flat fee offer, he has to assure him that it is this year, not a year from now. Huge difference. It is obvious he had no intention of a Wilder fight this year. Warren didn't throw up road blocks and lie like Hearn did. Now, if Hearn offered a 50-50 deal with no indication of a date, Wilder would have signed it.

You know how hypocritical and dishonest this post sounds but your watch dog instincts want allow you stop yourself from posting it.
