Please name all the fighters that received a contract to fight the hype job and declined. Mikey Garcia never received a contract. Mikey couldn't be forced to fight anyone also . And plenty of people left Top Rank to better themselves like Oscar and Floyd.

Manny Pacquiao rejected a Crawford fight multiple times when he was WBO Welterweight champ. And Mikey left Top Rank to fight guys like Easter and Lipinets. Huge killers those guys are. If he had stayed with Top Rank he could have been fighting Lomachenko and Crawford. He ducked Crawford period that contract BS was just an excuse.

I dont have a problem with people having Crawford top 5 P4P, I think you dont really get the question from the OP.

Crawford unified vs C class opponents, guys that would never be champion in any other weightclass. He still unified the division and beat Jeff Horn, nobody rated Jeff Horn, when Pacman fought him he was crucified for taking that fight.. and after the blatant robbery vs the old Pacman now Crawford gets crowned as the Welterweight King for beating that "bum".. Not for me.

Crawford has good skills but he needs to fight the top dogs finally. Not somebody like Benavidez. This guy is whack, he doesnt even love the sport and has beaten nobody. Let him fight Kavaliauskas, the guy is with Top Rank and then hopefully he can face one of the top guys at the weight, have a unification. Yes, then he will get credit.
