Carl Frampton won his dream fight at Windsor Park by stopping Luke Jackson in nine rounds to secure another shot at the world featherweight title. Having successfully defended the interim WBO title, he will be confirmed as mandatory challenger to full champion Oscar Valdez but will next fight IBF titlist Josh Warrington, who travelled to Windsor Park to be ringside.

Even a couple of years back I would have picked Frampton to deal with Warrington without issue, but Frampton's arguably lost a step and Warrington is riding high off of the Selby win. It's a 50/50 fight now, or Warrington could even be a slight favourite. I hope the fight gets made.

Yes 50/50 with Warrington - and Frampton gets beaten by Santa Cruz, Russell or Valdez.

Frampton vs. Warrington is good, but the best Featherweight fight available is Gary Russell Jr. vs. Leo Santa Cruz! I don't know why there isn't any talks going on, and if they are, they're keeping it very quiet! I hope both fights happen in 2018, and the winners face each other in 2019!
